So Much harder this time

I've gone up in weight and lost it again a couple of times since starting spark people and have never found it that difficult to loose it. However this time i'm finding it really difficult. I worked out everyday and ate within my calories and only lost .4 of a pound! Its really frustrating. I'm so impatient I want to be at my goal weight now! Ha ha. I haven't got back into strenght training so might add that next week but its hard to find the time, I'm running 4 days a week and doing my stepper the other days, ah so frustrating not to be loosing but I won't give up!
