One of those days...

Thursday, June 12, 2008

Have you ever had one of those days where you dragged your but out of bed and then thought "I should have stayed in bed!" Well I'm having that exact day. I'm sooooooo grouchy! My monthly visitor is here and I'm feeling very irritable and crampy. I can't wait till 11am so I can hit the gym and work out some frustration. I know I'll feel better after that. My Son decided to get up early in the AM and I guess he needed some Mommy attention cause he kept knocking on our door and driving me crazy. I remained calm despite my aggravation but boy did I want to pummel him - hee hee! So I didn't get back to sleep till about 4:30am and I get up at 5am so I'm running on empty. Oh well...can't use that as an excuse. Gotta keep moving. I've had 2 good breakies and plan on having a nice turkey sandwich for lunch and my super smoothie for dinner. I just have to keep thinking positive. Tomorrow is another day. Actually just blogging helps and makes me re-focus. I look at my pic on my Spark page and think heh! look at how far I've come...imagine where I'll be in another month or two or even six months after sticking to it!!! So when I feel down and negative and just Blech! I remember where it is I want to be and focus on what I need to do to get there.
