For my day to day goals

I had some streaks going....then, I dropped the ball.
My goal this week is to get one thing done each day, and hopefully add one more. I want to get back to my set of goals....and then work from there.
My goal for today - is to get my water in. It's been hard with the wheelchair...but I just have to choose to do it.
I am getting sleep again - the pain meds were preventing it (go figure)
I am going to track my foods.
..and after the doctor's appointment today, I'll know what exercise I can do - but I can at least do 10 minutes of upper body exercises. And I have a video from years ago for folks to do exercise in a chair....I will get that out.
I am going to at least drink a glass of V8 and eat a piece of fruit EVERY Day.
I'm going to stop focusing on the weight loss and focusing on the health gains....these are simple steps that I MUST take for my health.
I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me and the Joy of the Lord is my strength....and in His presence is fullness of Joy - which leads me to another step I need to remember - reading the Word every day. I write about it, I talk about it, I sing about it, I pray it, I say it - but I need to sit and read it every day.
God has slowed me down so that I can focus on things in more detail....and I thank Him for having the BEST plan for my life.
