Start of a new Challenge!!!

So today is day one of my next challenge. I've changed up my work-out and I'm hoping it'll kick-start my metabolism a little more so I continue moving forward and seeing some more changes. I'm actually going to do various weight work both lower & upper body Mon, Wed & Fri. Core work is On Tuesday and Thursdays - I plan on doing cardio (a variety) every day except Sunday (which is rest day). So far so good today so lets see how things go. I did take my pics yesterday but haven't had the chance to load them on the computer and put them on the page but I plan on doing it tonight. I think I see some changes. My hubby seems to think so...so I'll let you guys be the judge. Eating is good today...want to have a really good week. Cheated a little on the weekend so I want to get back on track. ONWARD and UPWARD!!!
