It's A Wonderful Wednesday

I awoke with another headache this morning which says I'm not eating enough for my activity level. I must get that under control or all my activity will be for nothing. Yesterday's walk was interesting as a guy that likes me invited himself along and we did 4 miles. The first two mile loop he kind of lagged behind with the others in the group but the second loop he gave me a run for my money. Loved the challenge but not so crazy about him but that's a another story....lol
4 egg white, veggie, cheese omelet
2 pieces of Healthy lite wheat
2 pieces of bacon (bad choice but trying to up my calories)
fruit (mixed peaches, pears, pineapple, and oranges)
had plans that have now been canceled. Since I had plans I didn't pack my lunch so I'm not sure what I will have. I'm leaning towards subway
Last of the Taco Stew yippeee cause I'm tired of eating it.
I'll probably bet a bowl of oatmeal in sometime before the day is out to help with the calorie count as well.
4 lap parking lot walk
Bible study tonight so not a lot of time this evening but will at least try to get in Cardio party or WATP 3 mile
