It's been a while...

Things are still going well.

I have finally figured out how to make exercise a part of my life. I am finally getting my $'s worth for my gym membership.

Hiring a personal trainer has been one of the best things I could have done for myself. Sometimes I think, geez...that's so much money...but 12 weeks later I can feel muscle all over my body. I know how to make the most of my workouts. I'm strong. I push myself...and I'll only get stronger.

I've stopped weighing myself (for now). My trainer told me to stop obsessing about that number for a while and focus on how I feel and how my clothes fit.

There are times when I want that gratification of stepping on the scale. And I mean, I will weigh myself again, but it's nice not feeling that disappointment when I'm expecting miracles and nothing changes.

And on a personal note, I started dating someone kind of amazing about a month ago.

Life is good on all notes!
