Playmates in Training Challenge Revisited!

Ok so its been over a month since the begining of this challenge and things haven't quite gone to plan. I'm not going to take my measurements as its 6.30pm and i've just had dinner, but its safe to say thry've gone up not down! I had a minor operation and couldn't exercise for 10 days, then on my second day back running I injured myself and haven't been able to run since, walking for any sort of distance is even a pain! I was also away for a week so that helped pile on the pounds. So here I am, 6 lbs heavier and unable to do much exercise! But i have completed some of the goals I set ...

Beauty Regime
Hair Cut every 10 weeks - (appointment for Fri - 2 weeks late but will be done)
Massage (professional) once every 2 months - Have a voucher so have to book
Toe-nails (professional) pedicure – once off (myself) paint once a week -got pedicure last week and have been keeping toes pretty
Clean off make up every night - doing
Wear sun screen on face everyday - doing

House
Wardrobe clean out – by 22nd June DONE
Toiletries clean out – by 29th June DONE

Car
Clean out every two weeks -did once going to change to once a month

exercise wise I cannot to commit to the levels I was doing due to my injury
was(Work-Out Plan:
Run 3-4 Days a week (1/2 marathon training plan)
Other cardio 2-3 days a week
Strength train 4 days per week - focussing on core and lower body)

So heres my NEW overall plan
Head to Toe:
Hair: needs to be re-styled (1st Aug)
Face: I say NO to wrinkles – take make-up off every night, wear sun screen everyday
Shoulders: Massages needed
Arms: fine
Belly: REDUCE in size!
Bum: Tighten!
Thighs: reduce
Feet: Keep polished

Playmate measurements: 35-23-35
My Measurements: ??
Goal Measurements: 33-25-35 (upped waist and hips by an inch as more realistic)

Work-Out Plan:
Swim once a week & warm up and strech everyday until injury cleared
Core Strength train 3 days per week (haven't tried yet so as long as doesn't effect hip injury)

Beauty Regime

    emoticon Don't let your injury get you down. Try doing a little bit at a time! Also, I like the idea of removing make-up every night as one of your goals. I need to do that, I'm guilty of not taking it off before I go to bed.
