2nd HIIT workout

Okay- thanks to Cherrydoll- LOL- I did my 2nd HIIT workout today and while it still kicked my butt- it was much better than the first one- since I was doing the time wrong- I had it backwards- thank God for you Cherrydoll! LOL It would have prob given me a heart attack if not for you! LOL

So I did 2 minutes warming up at Resistance of 4. Then I kicked it up to 7 for 30 seconds and went at it all hard. Back down to 5 for 1 minute 30 seconds. Hard for 30 seconds at 8. I did this few more times- then kicking the resistance up to 9 a couple of times- my last rep I kicked it up to 10 and I about died here. LOL It was tough! My time was about 22 minutes -and I have a problem of just leaving it at that- so I did a moderate pace set to 5 for the remaining 8 minutes. ;P GREAT WORKOUT!
