Man oh man

well, i thought i would of lost at least a pound, but nope. BUT at least i stayed the same. the late night snacking and going over my 1200 calorie count is killin me. so, today i was discouraged, and went to an all you can eat sizzler salad bar. i had good intentions.... and i did pretty well, i stayed clear of all the fried foods, and ate just salad, no dressing,... etc. but, when i got back to work, and added up my calories ... they sure add up.. i ate 1,000 calories just at lunch. ee-gads!! thats why i dont go out at lunch! good NESS, now i have to be EXTRA good tonight. will this ever end??.. will i ever start losing agian... i took some new pictures of me this weekend. :-)

    Hey Von! You are doing a good job of keeping your head in the game and staying positive. You plan your meals 2 wks in advance!?? - You Rock! I am nowhere near that organized.

    After I read your 8/4 post I thought "hmm, I wonder if Von uses the recipes section of Spark?". You may find some good variety to help spice up your menus and give your tastebuds a little treat every now and then. Hopefully it will help curb the late night snacking and keep you in your desired calorie range.

    Cute new pic chica! Keep up the fight; you are awesome to stay on point with your nutrition *and* accommodate your husband's food preferences too. :)
