Accomplishment For The Day

I've been really struggling with endurance on my Saturday morning 6 mile outings. Today someone gave me a tip on how to keep pace while jogging and I tried it. I did a 13 min mile vs the normal 15 min and I am so excited. I was no where near as wided as I have been so I guess I have been improving.
I can't wait for Saturday and see how much it's going to help.
