More Proof It's A Lifestyle Change

Today I went out with my family to China pan buffet for my birthday dinner. I didn't do too bad as I hate nothing covered in sauce and even had a plate of veggies off the grill. I came home with the mind frame to workout however due to this weekends activities I am exhausted beyond exhaust and my body is saying rest.
I feel like I have truely become addicted to working out. Saturday morning it was raining when I step out of the house at 4:50am and I had no hesitation about meeting the group for our walk/jog. Then today after dinner my birthday present to myself was .............. WATP 4 mile Wow I use to treat myself to clothes or shoes for my birthday now I'm buying workout tapes... go figure....lol
I need a really big week this week as I return to school next week . My workout plan for the week goes as follows
Monday 4 mile WATP
Tuesday 3 miles either outside or WATP
Wednesday (my birthday) 5 miles with my son
Thursday 4 miles
Friday 2 miles
Saturday 6 miles with a goal of jogging at least /a 1/2 mile continusouly
My meal plan for the week will be the Fat flush detox just to shake things up .
