Quick 8/17 and 8/18 review

Yesterday: 8/17
1. Drink 8 glasses of water emoticon
2. Eat 5 fruits and veggies emoticon
3. Cardio 45 minutes emoticon (Ballroom dancing PLUS an additional 35 minute walk to make up for my failed goal efforts on Saturday)
4. Stay under 1500 calories. emoticon

Today 8/18
1. Drink 8 glasses of water (almost done, one left to go before bed -- yes, I know, I'm going to be running to the bathroom tonight. What can I do? I ran out of time today.)
2. Eat 5 fruits and veggies. Had to drink a couple of V8's to finish this one, but emoticon
3. 45 minutes of cardio emoticon (done by 7:30am)
4. Stay under 1500 calories. I went over a tiny bit on this one today, but I'm not going to get worked up about it because portion sizes were estimates so the calorie contents are likewise so. The overage falls within the range of error. (Forgive me, I'm an engineer.)
