Well, I thought I did a lot worse than I actually did yesterday. We were out of the house almost all day, ate lunch at a friend's house, ate on the run the rest of the day. . . When I finally got the energy to log everything in this morning, it turns out it wasn't quite so bad. I think I went over calories (again). But (again) not by too too much. Although I realize one of these days I need to hit the bottom range of my calories or I'm never going to actually "lose" weight. Otherwise it's just maintenance, isn't it?
Anyway, 4 goals for yesterday:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water - turned out to be 7 which isn't too bad considering I wasn't home and didn't have a water bottle. Didn't meet goal, but I'm still pleased.
2. Eat 5 fruits and veggies. Done
3. Strength Training. Done
4. Stay under 1500 calories - I think it ended up being closer to 1600:( Darn chocolate chip cookies.
On the plus side, I also had an hour of ballroom last night so I'm considering that my extra cardio for not meeting goals yesterday.
We hit a deer on the way home from ballroom yesterday. That's never a good feeling. We're okay, deer isn't, and the car has a pretty good dent in the front now. But once we got home I really wasn't up to finishing my water or blogging or anything. A decent night of sleep helped. I can deal with stuff again today.
I'm off to go start my goals for the day.
