Okay, before I get started, I just have to say, "Man! What a week!" I'm too tired to even tell you everything we've got going on this week! It's been so hectic, I could almost cry. Except I won't because ALMOST everything going on (with the exception of hitting the deer last night, and the fact that our other car is billowing smoke out from under the hood) is REALLY good, and exciting, and positive, and nothing to complain about! That said, I did not do so good with my goals today.
1. Drink 8 glasses of water. If you count the two giant cups of coffee this morning, I totaled maybe 6?
2. Eat 5 fruits and veggies. This was 3 maybe? (I meant to eat an apple and drink some V8 --but I forgot.)
3. Cardio 45 minutes. Done! (I just do that before Dan goes to work. I'm barely even awake anyway so it doesn't take up any extra time out of my day.)
4. Stay under 1500 calories.
Okay seriously, I tried to make good choices, but my brain went on auto pilot half the day and before I knew it, I'd sampled a chocolate chip cookie at the studio. And then a white chocolate chip cookie. And then the white chocolate Reese's peanut butter cup next to the chocolate chip cookies. (I don't even really like white chocolate -- but thought maybe it might be yummier with peanut butter -- it was. Now I like those too.) And then I was out with the girls tonight and there was buffalo wing dip and nachos (holy yum!) And at home I only had time to eat leftovers for dinner. But they weren't very good so I had to doctor them up with cheese and stuff to make them better. It worked. Then they were yummy and I wanted more. Uuuuuuuuh, maybe this is stress eating?
