Okay, Dan went back to work today so we were able to get up early and get back into routine again. What a difference!! It was sooooo much easier to stay on track today.
1. Exercise: Today was strength training - DONE (my butt is so sore I had a hard time dancing this evening.)
2. Eat 5 fruits and veggies - DONE (thanks to fresh cherry tomatoes from the garden - YUM!)
3. Drink 8 glasses of water - DONE (and I've got the bathroom trips to prove it.)
4. Stay within calorie range - DONE Got about 1400 -- woohoo! First time I've hit that in a WHILE!!
I'm actually really amazed at how much EASIER it was to stay on track today than it was the past couple of crazy weeks. I'm realizing that routines are pretty powerful for behavior modification! Hmmmmmm . . .
