Heading back to the gym (YAY!!!!!!!!!)

No more excuses. My gym closed September 2007 and I thought I would work out at home. Didn't really happen. I've signed up for another gym with locations in the building in which I work. There are locations near home too, so no more excuses. For the last month (August/September 2008) I have been working on the eating side of the equation. I am now ready to go back to being my true self – a gym rat. Plan to start with 6-7 days per week, but will adjust that as necessary. Will start off focusing on spin (cycling) classes and weigh training (alternating the days).
