Monday, September 15, 2008

OK. So this is my first blog entry for the new school year. I'm very happy to say that I weighed myself this morning and I'm at my lowest weight of the year:

124.4!!! Yeah! Now to motivate myself to go down to 120 or even better: back to 115 like last year!

April 2009: I weighed myself last week....I didn't believe the scale: 113.6!!! Whaattt? This boot camp class is the best thing that has happened to me when it comes to getting in shape! I'm now a size 2! That's unheard of! I need to maintain and tone up some more! I still have a lot of flab that needs to be lean :)

March 8th; I weighing in at 116.4! This boot camp class is the best! I feel more energized and I can eat more because I'm also gaining some muscle weight and I'm losing inches! :) I gotta buy new pants asap!

Jan. 31s: 118. 8! (My lowest weight so far has been 118.4).

I've been really sick this week. Fever, sore throat, congestion. I went to the dr. yesterday and he gave me some antibiotics. This winter sucks! :( A lot of my students are sick, there is a stomach and flu virus going around and many sad things happening at my school too. I hope that as a school community we can become stronger and more united because of it.

Jan. 5th - 120.4!!! Yeah! I am getting a bit tired and I'm not going to the gym as often as I'd like. Midterms and staying after school is taking a toll. Also, being on a nice vacation and going back to work was a bit of a shock, too.

This is the lowest weight since my wedding day!

December 25th: Merry Christmas! I got another present yesterday morning: My lowest weight of the year!!! 121.4!!!! When I looked at it, I didn't believe it!!!! I weighed myself at least twice just to make sure the scale wasn't lying. The thing is, with me, the harder I exercise, the harder it is for me to lose weight: I truly believe that it is because the more I exercise, the more muscle I build, therefore, I might gain some muscle weight. When I go to the gym less often, (therefore less weightlifting), I lose muscle weight, and then I lose weight.

It's been this way for almost 10 years. I like to be fit, but, I don't want to be over a certain weight either. My ideal weight is 115 - I looked my best and it was right in the middle of my bmi scale. I have to realize that muscle is also important for me. So I can't be too upset if I increase weight because of the muscle.

Aaah!!! This is my constant battle!!

    December 13th: 123.0
Now this is my lowest weight of the year. It's weird because I did go to the gym (3 times this week) and I kind of ate lots of rice pudding, cookies, and sugary stuff. So I'm really surprised it didn't go up.

Let's see if I do better with my eating habits!

    Today's Date: November 15th

    Current Weight: 123.6

This is my LOWEST weight of the year!!!

Even though it's not close to my lowest weight from last year (115) I'm still pretty happy about this number.

I've been pretty sick this month, and I've been to the gym 4 times this entire month!!!

Today is Oct. 25th, and while I haven't reached 124 yet again, I did reach 125.8 this morning. I am working out almost every day and I know that I might be gaining some muscle weight....so I'm not terribly upset by that number.

Ok, today is Oct. 11th, and I've been trying to put off my weight since it hasn't gone down. I'm currently at 126.2.

The good news is that I am losing inches. I feel that my clothes are looser. :)
