so tonight... the biggest loser starts...!!!! I'm excited - its that very show that taught me a lot - especially that if they can do it... so can I....

so tonight - Join with me and lets watch together..!!!! we have more weight to lose...!

Boy, do I agree with your post on my page. One of my recent posts was about how I have been stuck in the longest plateau on the face of the planet (or at least it feels like it to me, lol), but I have been feeling incredibly good, so I haven't been overly concerned.....it's amazing how much impact the foods we eat have on how we feel.

Well - the show was good. I KNEW the green team was going home....they were too cocky in the gym!!! I'm re-motivated and re-dedicated and am going to bust through my plateau. I want to finish out this year at or near my goal!!!!!

Get back to it, buddy.....you'll be feeling great in no time!!

Just DO it, right? :) You CAN do this, if you have a big enough WHY. Sounds like you might need to focus every day (or even at every meal) on what the benefits are, on what your goal is.

How do I know? Because I have the exact same problem - every time I lose a few, I get complacent and gain a few back! :) And I'm finding it really helps to think about WHY I'm eating (or choosing NOT to eat) something.

Watching the BLC will hopefully motivate you to get re-started, but for the longer-lasting motivation, you'll have to dig deeper! :)

    Cheers,
    Maya
