Cardio Fitness & Strength Training 9/23/08

I was sick for a few days, so I put my workouts on the back burner for a few days. I did workout today, Tuesday, 9/23
Walked for 85 minutes
I did exercises along the way:
Jacks: 300 & 100 when I came home on trampoline
Planks/Full Position: 3 sets held 2 minutes
Push-Ups: 4 sets of 2 5 reps on park bench
Walking Lunges: 2 sets of 25 reps
Tricep Dips: 3 sets of 20 reps (Done on park bench)
Front Step-Ups: 3 sets of 15 reps each leg (Done on park bench)
Side Steps: 3 sets of 15 reps each leg " " " "
Calf Raises: 3 sets of: 25 reps
Jogged For: 10 minutes
I'm not planning ahead until I feel 100% better. I had to get out today, I was getting antsy!
