Night Time Munchies

Every night at least by 7:00 i get the munchies so bad and can't seem to stop eating. I try to keep myself busy but nothing seems to help me. Im really not sure what else to do.

    Ladydrive has some really good tips! I have found that boredom really does that to me too. I cannot watch a movie with my husband without needing a snack, so I tend to scrapbook or cross stitch there in the living room with a glass of water or milk nearby just to keep me busy. It drives him crazy, but we're still 'watching' the movie together right? emoticon

    I'm really not the best person to give advice right now but try drinking a cup of tea or having an apple. Drink a little more water and go to bed earlier to reduce the amount of time that you will feel the munchies.
