10/11 Day 5 Not Enough and More Than Enough

Saturday, October 11, 2008

Not enough water, not enough food, not enought sleep but more than enough cardio. Not a good combination today emoticon

In bed at 11 last night back up at 4:15, did six miles, then 2 miles, then walked another 2 around the zoo. My church did the Step out for Diabetes and someone's grandson wanted to see the animals after the walk but the grandmother didn't so I let him stay with me.

Left there went to get my hair done which took forever, stopped at the mall to get something to eat, came home took a nap, back up and at it again. Been feeling sick to the stomach since I left the shop and have a headache which equals not enough fluids or food. emoticon

All that work and I'll probably be up on the scale tomorrow.. :-(

Before Wog
1 piece of toast
1/2 laughing cow wedge

After wog
1 egg
2 turkey sasuage links
1/2 laughing cow wedge
all on 1 healthy choice bun

Mcchicken and side salad
trail mix

bourbon chicken
80 ozs of fluid

at the min I'm 7 pionts short on WW with all the activity today actually abou1 11-12 short. I know don't have to eat your activity points but when I have especially high cardio days I do to keep the fuel going.

I need to study for a test tomorrow but I'm so freaky tried I'm going back to bed. I think I'm going to do one worship service tomorrow and then come home study, sleep and take my test

Here's to getting 8 hours of sleep tonight, hopefully.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How about keeping a protein bar for a snack? They're portable and add in a lot of nutrients, Luna bars are about 190 calories.
Sometimes I have to add one just to get enough.

By the way, Bourbon chicken wounds yummy! emoticon
