10/17 Day 11 of BLC TGIF

I started the day with a 4 mile WATP and caught up on one epoisde of Pushing Daisy's I love that show. I have found that the lenght of the DVD is the same as an online show so I"m knocking out two birds with one stone. It's a great motivator to go ahead and get out of the bed in the morning and get to moving. Next week I 'll do a rotation of Cardio party and WATP in the morning while catching up on my shows. By the time I left the house this morning my pedometer already read over 8000 steps. Not a bad start to the morning.

My afternoon walking partner has taken a leave from work and I'm sad about it. We did a good job of keeping each other motivated. I decided I wouldn't ask anyone else to join me on the afternoon stairs I would just use that time to have a little mid afternoon talk with Jesus.

I've had two days of stress eating sweets.. :-(. I can't stand the thought of people losing their jobs and they way my company is doing it.... *smh*. They are dragging it out forever which is keeping everyone on edge.

I have a weigh in tomorrow and hopefully the scale won't show my stress. 8 miles in the morning with hill sprints. I've only done the full 8 miles twice in the 6 weeks my group has been doing it so I really need to knock it out tomorrow as come November we move to 10 miles ......yikes!!!!!!

Goal will be to stay on track over the weekend as that's when I eat waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy below my range. I really have to get that worked out.
