Well, I decided to get my butt back on the weight loss train again. I've gained back 30 pounds over the last year and I'm tired of being so heavy.
So I started back tracking my food and exercise yesterday. Did 30 minutes of Wii Fit, stayed within my calorie range, although the food choices weren't the best in the world! I was able to drink 6 glasses of water, just couldn't get the other 2 in. Even got all my F/V in.
Today within calorie range but again need better choices for my calories cause I had no F/V . Actually got in 11 glasses of water today but no exercise.
It's going to take some time to get this much weight off but I just need to concentrate on 1 day at a time.
