1st day of making the cut!

I just did the first workout of Making The Cut and I am ready to get this fat off my body! I put my scary before pictures up to really motivate me. If I put them up there I have to really workout hard so that every week I will look different and hopefully better and better!

I am striving to do the circuits twice, but I will have to work up to it! I did get a great workout though and did a hard cardio session so I am sweating up a storm. I have to modify anything that bends my body forward because I am recovering from a back injury to two of my lumbar discs, but I just modify, not cut them out of course!

I can have 1315 calories and I am tracking everything carefully. I had been doign that for a while so I could get used to what that menas, but I kept having cheat days and that kept setting me behind. NO MORE SET BACKS!!!

My DH comes home from being deployed in 6 weeks from tomorrow so I can't cheat anymore. I want him to come home to a serious hottie!!!
