3rd MTC Day; Rest

So I made today my only full rest day. I was disappointed when I weighed myself this morning and I had only lost .2 pounds. Usually if I am doing something this hard and keeping the calories in check I can lose a pound to .5 per day. I am going to change my calorie range. I was at 1315, but now I am dropping it to 1000. We shall see if that works for me. I know we aren't supposed to go under 1200 and if I feel fatigued I will up it. I just have to see what kind of progress i can make. It will be mostly protein so I won't hurt my muscles.

Tomorrow is day 4 and a full workout day! Woo hoo!
