4th MTC day

I did the workout this morning and will do a cardio blast tonight. i feel better because I feel stronger and know that even if I don't make my extremely unrealistic goal in 6 weeks I know I will definitely look better than I did when I started and I can just keep going. 115 is really where I feel the best and if I get to 110 then I have some breathing room to go up or down 5 pounds depending on life. One day at a time though.

    Hey girl you are doing awesome!!! I have not started the official program yet but I have been doing good. Yesterday I rocked it out and burned over 800 calories. Today not so hot, did a moderate walk for 1/2 hour and only burned 150 but in my mind I burned 15000!!! Something mysteriously happened to my 300 dollar Zune and it worked just fine last night when I used it. Kids claim they have no clue. Won't even turn on so I'm fired up mad, it's my lifeline, my checking account was WAY less then I had guesstimated and my neck is soar not sure if I pulled something yesterday or I slept wrong. I NEED to do better food wise. I'm back in the fitness mode but I have been eating my feelings which is the whole way I got FAT in the first place. Breathe in, Breathe out!!! emoticon
