5th day MTC

Woo hoo!! I have lost 3 pounds. I don't really know how, but I have and I know that we aren't supposed to lose more than 2 pounds a week, but I will take it!!
I will be going to the gym for my workout today...
I did my workout and did 1/2 of it twice. I am working up to doing it two full times. I was a gruntin'! Later this afternoon I did a hard cardio blast for 15 minutes and 5 minute warm down.
Tomorrow and the next day are cardio days! I hit 1280 today. Within range!
