MTC 6th day

Alright, I am not going to weigh everyday. I gained a pound overnight, but I know that water weight and cycles make weight fluctuate, so Sundays will be my weigh in and picture taking days. I am not going to change my ticker though. I don't need the let down!!!

If MTC Spark team has a November challenge I will be doing that with them, but I will still be calling it MTC day 8, because I am going to be doing it for 5 weeks not 4 anyway. If they don't then I am going to redo the first week and possible do the circuits 3 times if I can do it in an hour. I will not go over an hour of strength training. I really don't want to re injure my back.

FYI I have lost an inch each on both my hips and waist so far!
