Sample food I am having. Not MTC

I am doing my own meal plan. This is a sample of all the foods I have in a day and the calories for this day were 1290:

Breakfast

Egg, fresh, 1 large
Egg white, 1 serving
Laughing cow, 1 serving
Smoked Salmon (lox), 1.5 oz

Lunch/snack. I split this up 1/2 before workout and then 1/2 after

Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 0.5 cup, unthawed
*Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
yogurt, 1 serving
whey powder, 1 serving
Walnuts, 0.5 oz (14 halves)

Dinner

Chicken Breast, no skin, 5 ounces
Feta Cheese, 1 oz
Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Lime Juice, 0.15 fl oz
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 5 inner leaf
Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, thick/large (1/2" thick)


Snacks

Walnuts, 0.5 oz (14 halves)
Walnuts, 1 oz (14 halves)
Walnuts, 1 oz (14 halves)

I love nuts and that is what I grab for snacks! If I have decaf with 1/2 and 1/2 I will not have as many walnuts and the yogurt lunch thing sometimes i make into a smoothie.

The only thing I am missing are grains and I really don't know how to incorporate them without losing the other stuff I love like the walnuts. But I take fiber too.
