Tweaked food plan from a generous SP member! Day 9!

Whew I am whipped! I did my MTC workout and then I ran over to PT and he whipped me more. I left with arms and legs shaking! I worked out for 2 hours! All that included 45 minutes of interval cardio.

A wonderful member helped me with my meal plan to get the walnuts down and up the protein. I am going to tweak it more today and ad more whey less walnuts and more egg whites even though I don't want to. That is the way to lose fat and gain muscle which burns more fat. Yeah, I had dessert of yogurt blue berries and whey, but that will have to go away when I have oatmeal in the morning with my eggs. I will post tomorrow my even more tweaked plan...

Breakfast:
