I have successfully NOT eaten anything after dinner for 3 nights now! I know, duh... but this makes a very big difference and it's pretty difficult for me to do.
Next I need to add in the water in the morning again.
Other than that, I tweaked my back somehow, whether it was incorrect technique lifting or the Billy Blanks video, I'm not sure. It's getting better, but I'm forcing myself to rest today even though I really want to go for a run. :)
