Since I got up late this morning and didn't have time to workout I decided to do it this afternoon. I worked out 30 minutes on the treadmill and it said I burned 170 calories, so I thought that was great. Well when I got on here and logged in treadmill 30 minutes for cardio it came up has burned 90 calories. I don't get it which one is right the treadmill or spark?

    Probably neither, they're both just estimates. Spark's estimate is probably closer though, because it knows your height, weight, and gender, which I'm assuming your treadmill doesn't have? Heart rate monitors are apparently the most accurate way to know your calories burned, but good ones are kind of expensive I think...
