I Did It

Today was my weigh in and I was a little nervous because Monday I didn't exercise and Tuesday not for every long. Wednesday I kicked it up and pushed myself all week so I could loose at least 2 pounds. Well when I got on the scale and looked down I saw 170, boy was I excited. I lost 4 pounds this week so all together that 20 pounds gone. I met my New Years challenge earlier than I thought. I'm now motivated to keep going and push myself to met my other goal 165 by Christmas.
