peaking day 3 results

I lost another pound and that is great. At this rate I will weigh 120 when DH gets home! These are the results I would have expected BEFORE this peaking thing with eating exactly at my BMR with the exact right ratios and working out like a freak for 5 weeks. I just don't like the fact that this is possibly temporary loss! Oh, well, nothing can derail me from my goal ( I pray!)

Wait Kathleen!! This is not about the scale right?

Right, but it is about results and I didn't get the results i wanted either. Yes, I got SOME results but not what I was expecting! I understand gaining weight because of muscle, but what I look like now is what I thought I would look like after 5 weeks of working my a$$ off.

You have to be more patient with yourself.

Whatever! I want results and I am finally getting them!!!
