Last night was a really really bad night for me. I got the munchies and ate chips, ice cream and cake. I have no clue what came over me I just couldn't stop eating. After an hour I was so upset with what I did all this time I've been doing so great. So I got on the treadmill and ran 20 minutes, 15 strength training and another 10 minutes of yoga. That made me feel a little better got a bottle of water drank that then off to bed. This morning I got up early ran 36 minutes on the treadmill and 15 strength training. I'm not going to let last night get me down today is a new day and I'm going to push forward. Monday is weigh in and I have a goal to met and that's what I'm going to focus on.
