No eating for two hours before bedtime.

One of my biggest problems is nighttime nibbling. I'm fine during the day when I'm busy but at night when I'm not doing much, I tend to nibble. I especially like a bed time snack. A lot of extra calories get piled on there. What i'm working on this week is having dinner, having a dessert (like non fat strawberry yogurt) and then being done. I just need to tell myself NO. And have some willpower. the calories still count even if I'm not tracking them!

    Late night snacking is my downfall too! To try and overcome it, I schedule my snacks- planning out what I am going to eat ahead of time. That way I know I can keep my calories in check, and also have something to nibble on after dinner if I want it!
