Stability Ball

I like using the stability ball, but my balance still isn't great. I'm going to try using it as my office chair part of the time. I only walked 20 minutes (2395 steps) today. I'll do the 10 minute kickboxing video later when I do today's video to make up the other 10 minutes.

    Using the stability ball for a chair is so awesome for your core. I need to get mine back out. I saw a new exercise for it today going through old fitness magazines and want to try it.
