Walked Longer but Gained a Pound

I walked for a full hour yesterday. I think 50 minutes was my record. Unfortunately, even after walking and sticking to the lower end of my calorie limit, I gained a pound instead of losing! This drives me crazy!

    Isn't this crazy?! The science is so simple right? But our bodies don't always cooperate. LOL
