Turned Out to be a Good Week

I usually try to keep my calorie intake at the bottom of the suggested range. (Around 1200.) This week I bought a Little Caesar's pizza. I took several days to finish the whole thing, but my calories each day were close to the top of my range. One day I had 5 calories to spare!

Yesterday I had a lot of running around to do. I had a foot long chili cheese dog from Sonic for lunch. Had a 2 for 1 coupon and that's what hubby wanted. Had a couple of beers in the afternoon. I don't drink light beer! At the end of the day I had 40 calories left over.

I've lost 1.5 lbs. this week. I know that's not a lot, but this was the type of week that I would normally put on a pound or two.

    Congratulations on your loss!

    Sometimes when you eat more calories, the weight comes off.
    I started watching my calories and food journaling everything.
    I think it's the journaling of the food for everyone to see that keeps me on track.
