Not a Good Week

When I have plenty of good food in the house it's easy for me to eat the right kind of foods. We're running somewhat low on groceries. We have some fruits and veggies and such, but not a great choice and I find myself grabbing a hamburger at Sonic or eating food here at the house that's not so great. I spent all day Thursday in a real estate class. I would have pick a seat across the room from the snack table, but my friend got there first and pick a spot for us right by the food. Cookies, cinnamon rolls and other goodies were sitting right there. There was also fruit, but I ignored that!

So... I'm UP two pounds since last week. I'm not really letting it bother me. I see it as a wake up call. I just need to pay more attention to what I eat and find the time to exercise more. I'm not going to give up pizza and hamburgers and such, but I'm going to be more careful.

    You are allowed to cheat every once in awhile. Just exercise a little extra if you can or eat a little less at the next meal. Keep up the good work!

    We all have those times of feeling weak and giving in to it. Then, we pick ourselves up, dust off, and get going again. You can do it! You can even do it and not give up the things you really like. emoticon
