A Clean Slate with 26 Weeks Left!

I wiped the slate clean! I got a little, confused on which trainer to listen to, ultimately forgetting what I wanted to do was even more important than what my trainerS wanted.
Also, some poor choices with exercise led me to over training and several injuries. One I've been nursing now for 6 weeks. I then raised my calories to get myself out of that mess I made. As you can see, 6 weeks is what that put me back. BUT... I'm feeling better, and my injury is healing well. So onwards I go.
I'm looking only ahead from here on out, and keeping my sights nearer to the present than worrying about the future. The plan is to post my WEEKLY goals as I set a new one each week as well. Living week by week.
I'm kind of starting out in the middle of the week with only 2 days left for WID. But, most of the weight is water so I should see some progress in those 2 days. Might as well get started back with my mini-goals towards the bigger picture.

Weekly Goal (3/14/09) - 172
This week and next week's plan:
1500 calories - starting next week two 1700 calorie days (Tues. & Sat.)
4x 45min. cardio (70-75% HR), 4-6x ST
