Getting back on track!

I need a boost. A kick in the pants. I have been injured and sick and just not motivated. I hurt my arm and my ankle. I have been coughing and unable to breathe.

Ok enough complaining. Starting with tomorrow, I will be getting on track and trying my best to stick with my calorie plan. See even though I have not exercising, I should not have abused my calorie intake. But I did. I see the error of my ways. My Lenten goal: to be honest with myself.
