April will be a better month.

Weight: 184 (after breakfast, coffee & water)

Today- water drank: 8 cups
Veggies: 3 servings
Fruit: 1 serving
Milk: 2 servings
Mindless snacking: 7 swedish fish. Stupid Socialist Fish.

Exercise:
60 minutes walking(343 calories)
30 minutes strength

Calorie intake: 26 points. Who knows what that is. 1400? Felt like trying a littleWW this week.
Daily points target: 22

Sigh....

Naps taken: 1- two hour nap (yikes).
Laundry done: Zero
Housecleaning: One load dishes.

State of mind: feeling fabulous!
