What is it going to take???

Well, surprise surprise - I got burned out after 4 weeks and all that got me was a 3 lb loss. It was frustrating, almost 3 hours a day 6 days a week of working out, 800-1300 calorie deficits a day. I am not discouraged, just frustrated. I am hypothyroid, so I am just like - "tell me what I have to do to get this off and I'll do it", Unfortunately, I just don't have a clue. I have been off wheat for almost 5 weeks now - completely and totally, hoping this will help. I have been terrible at tracking the last 3 weeks. I have to get back on that. I am still working out just cut back to about 30-45 minutes 5 days a week. It became such a chore. I need to be better about planning, I get stuck and it all gets so boring.
Anyway, I am still going for it - just need to make some changes, I haven't quit. I just need to track it all so I can figure out what is going to work best for me.
So, going to try some new things to see if they work out. I will do this until I lose the weight - I would just rather it be sooner than later. I am not necessarily on a fast track, I just would like to see some sort of results to know that I am doing the right thing. Off to do some more research!
