I've lost the track!

UH...I seemed to have taken a wrong turn and am struggling getting back on course.
I will not quit!
What I've done right: Burned 2500 calories 6 days last week (Sundays off). Burned 2500 calories yesterday and today.
Made my 10,000 step goal.
What I've done wrong:
EAting eating eating. Stress eating. Emotional eating. eating when bored. Eating when tired.
Starting off the day with good intentions.
Ending the day with a tummy ache from over-indulgence.
Its frustrating when you start everyday saying, "Today is a new day" and end everyday saying, "Tomorrow is a new day".
I'm not sure what the solution is. I know it only takes ONE day to get back on track. I just need to make the decision to do it.
I can do this!
