Okay...I've fallen off the bandwagon and need my friends here for support....HELP ME OUT!

Hi all:

For those who normally respond to my blogs, you probably wondering what happened to me. Well, I've lost some of my momentum. Don't ask me why, I was doing so well and I need you guys moral, spiritual and intellectual support. HELP!

    You knew where to come to. That's the start of way to the right path. Just breath hun. All is going to be ok. We all go thorugh points in time like this. We have set out to do a hard task. A very hard task. Sometimes, the "devil" (for lack of a better work) comes in and gets into our head. Sometimes he wins. Sometimes he does not. You have come to your friends and asked for help. Most sometimes don't even do that. *here is a big hug* You will be ok. We are all here for you. You have your own cheerleading section. Rah Rah Rah.

    I think posting that you have fallen off the bandwagon is a good thing, if you weren't serious about reaching your goal you wouldn't have said it, you would have drifted away. But you did say it and you did reach out and that makes a difference.

    You will have good days and bad days, but you can get through them. Just "dust yourself off and pick yourself up" and keep going. If its an exercise thing - try doing something else, sometimes we lose the momentum when were doing the same things all the time. Try something different and remember how you felt when you started and try to bring some of that back.

    You can't do anything about yesterday, but you can start fresh today. emoticon

    Ok so u fell of the wagon..that was yesterday? well there is nothing u can do about yesterday u can only change here and now and there is always tomorrow. so dust urself off and lets get cleaned up and begin again. Good luck Luisa emoticon

    Ok, you've fallen off the wagon.........that was yesterday. Today, get back on the wagon. If you fall 34 times, you just need to stand 35 times.

    You should not feel BAD for falling off the wagon. You should feel GOOD for getting back on it. We are here for you. I have fallen off before, and then I got back on. It wasn't hard to get back on. It was hard to maintain the momentum. It was difficult admitting it. I got through it with dedication, and strong encouragement from my Sparkfriends. You CAN do it. My thing is...you are the sum of your choices. Choose wisely. Choose to NOT give up. I'm extending my hand......will you accept it? (smile)

    We don't know each other but your blog title caught my eye. I am sorry you are having a rough time lately but it looks like you have had success so far. Ten pounds is so exciting! Way to go! Perhaps you could try switching things up a little? New workout or class or something? As the weather warms try a new hike or path depending on where you live. Maybe a reward for loosing X lbs or inches. Something you really want but do not normally treat yourself too. Even if it is nothing that costs $, like an extra hour of sleep or a day-off from your diet. I love pedicures but had to cut it from my buget when I quit working full time so that is one of my rewards. Find something that motivates you but also makes it fun! You can do this! You are worth it! Good luck and God bless.

    You have my total support, encouragement and anything I can do to MOTIVATE you to get back on track! I know you can do this....persevere!!!! Reach deep inside of youself and write down your reasons to get healthy and lose weight. Make those short term goals and rewards. Keep drinking the water, track your nutrition and kick up that fitness time! Walk on and walk strong. Spark mail me if there is ANYTHING I can do to help!!!
