MY MAY GOAL CARD:
I am feeling so great! I made a commitment and I started a new page...in my life and at Sparkpeople. I have set some goals and know what I plan to do to work towards them. I have already made some progress and am feeling encouraged. I have gotten back into the habit of exercising everyday, and I am learning to eat healthy on the South Beach Diet.

5/18= treadmill workout 2.37 miles/40 min/270 cal
5/19= walk outside 21 min mile/ 45 min/ 185 cal
5/20 0
5/21=Octane Elliptical 5.02 mi/44 min/307 cal
Wave 2.59 mi/15min/106cal
5/22=20 min bike ride
5/23 walk outside 21 min mile/45 min/185
5/24= 0 (TOM is slowing me down....but the worst is over!)
5/25= 8 week challenge starts today. I need it! My plan is to lose 12 pounds. My tools= 30 min cardio per day, South Beach Diet.
5/26=treadmill 2.8 mi/45 min/350 cal

STarting weight for June 1 is 167.2...so I posted a nice loss for the month. But- looking ahead, I know the exercise needs to be more consistent.
I am happy with my start, though...I just need to keep pushing forward. I am starting this June heavier than last year...and that is not a good thing. I need the changes to become permanent!
