Day 7 hundred Pushups

I started with an exhaustion test and I can do 16 modified pushups before collapsing! Remember in January I could do a big fat 0?

Then I did a set of 12, 2 sets of 7 and a set of 9!

I'm getting there!

    Whoa! That is AWESOME! You went from 0 - 16 in approx. 7 days?! Thanks for posting these because it keeps me on track with my planks and pushups. I am trying. . .

    But you are rocking it out! Do you feel a difference already? Can you tell the work is paying off?
