My Goal Card for June:
I am feeling G-R-E-A-T!!! I have been actively participating in my teams and challenges. I committed to 1000 fitness minutes AND I MADE IT! I accomplished my goal of losing an average of 1.5 pounds per week- I love looking at my ticker and seeing the loss! I am almost OUTTA 160 ville...again...but this time for good! I am more comfortable in my clothes and in my skin! I am feeling so great about where I am at on this journey!
June RECAP- the real results-
UGH! I lost 2 pounds...so I lost- but not close to what I had aimed for. That was caused by my lack of consistent exercise (see my minutes!!) and no thoughtful eating. We are in the midst of remodeling, so something had to give this month- it was my plans and my goal. I will aim a little more realistically next month and plan for more structure.
** "Something had to give" means I had to deal with the stress with food- I am working so hard to change this thought pattern in my head!!
1000 fitness Minute Goal Progress:
6/01= 2.76 mi/309 cal/ 45 min (955 min to go!)
6/02= bad tummy ache :0(
6/14- WTH??? Need to get moving! 20 minute walk w/baby and hubby (935 min to go)
6/15= octane elliptical intervals 3/7 5.0 mi/325 cal/ 46 min
treadmill fatburner 1.05mi/92cal/21 (868 min to go!)
6/16=home treadmill 30 min/1.78mi/ 180 cal (838 min to go!)
6/18= 4 hours of carrying loaded boxes up and downstairs!!! (598 to go!!)
6/20= 1 hour of more moving (597 to go)
6/27= 3 hours of moving clothes! (417 to go!)
6/30= 20 min walk (397 to go)
