Say What?

Okay, this is my new elliptical.



I am currently doing 10 minutes a day with it. Due to my outta-shape knees, I do 1 minute intervals. Don't worry, I only break for 10 seconds or enough time to get a swig of wata! I am also getting ready to start these "inner thigh" workouts too.

My new goal is to lose 10 lbs by July 8th. I know....1 month, but I will try my best to do it. I really want to look and feel good for my hubby and my 1st anniversary! I have put myself on an "extreme" diet which is as follows:
-Breakfast: 1 cup of 2% milk with Kashi's Go Lean Cereal
-Lunch: Salad with low cal dressing
-Snack: 1 Orange
-Dinner: 1 Serving of a Low Calorie meal or 1 Salad

**I am also going out of my way to sweat as much as possible. This means that after I do cardio, I go out to the pool and tan (sweat) for 30 minutes. Blah. I'm definately FEELIN' THE BURN, both by the cardio and the sun now.

I have finally taken a picture of myself for future references.

    Girl....you need to eat more! Especially if you're gonna work out! Your body will go into starvation mode and cling to the few calories you are consuming - messing with your metabolism big time. Awesome job on the motivation front though! I'm in no way a dietician or nutritionist, I just know that's what I've read. Good luck on your journey! emoticon

    Make sure you're eating your 1200 calories a day! Your body really can't function on less, k?
